Apricot and coconut Bliss Balls


These nut-free Apricot and Coconut treats are perfect for your kids’ (and your!) lunch-boxes. Just 4, simple ingredients + 5 minutes and all your children’s friends will be wanting you to pack their lunches!

Recipe Type: GF, DF, RSF, V, Paleo

Serves 15
Time 10 min


  • 2/3 cup dried apricots, soaked in hot water for 15 min
  • 1 cup rolled oats or quick oats (or quinoa flakes)
  • 1 cup shredded or desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, softened or melted


  1. Blitz all ingredients together in food processor until the mixture sticks together when squeezed.
  2. Roll into balls or press into a tray to make into a slice.
  3. Garnish with extra desiccated coconut!
  4. Store in a container in the fridge (will travel fine to school when eaten on that day).
