Caramel Vanilla Bliss Balls


The divine marriage of Caramel and Peanut Butter shine in these healthy Caramel Peanut Butter Bliss Balls. Raw, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan, refined-sugar free and absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!

  • 1.5 C raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup dates soaked in hot water for 15min
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 big T peanut butter
  • Pinch salt

For Choc-Peanut Butter Balls, add 2 big T cacao powder and some some extra honey, coconut oil or water to help bring together.


  1. Blitz nuts in a processor until they become a coarse flour.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture comes together.
  3. Separated into tablespoon-sized portions and squish/work/roll into balls.
  4. Garnish with desiccated coconut or cacao if desired.
