CARAMEL PEANUT BUTTER BLISS BALLS
The divine marriage of Caramel and Peanut Butter shine in these healthy Caramel Peanut Butter Bliss Balls. Raw, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan, refined-sugar free and absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 C raw almonds
- 1/3 cup dates soaked in hot water for 15min
- 1 T honey
- 1 big T peanut butter
- Pinch salt
For Choc-Peanut Butter Balls, add 2 big T cacao powder and some some extra honey, coconut oil or water to help bring together.
Method:
- Blitz nuts in a processor until they become a coarse flour.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture comes together.
- Separated into tablespoon-sized portions and squish/work/roll into balls.
- Garnish with desiccated coconut or cacao if desired.
