Superfood Protein Powder - PB Lifestyles

I was inspired by 180 Nutrition Superfood Powder and the amazing work Guy and Stu do to empower people to lead a life at peak health to give my own superfood blend a go. This easy superfood protein powder packs an absolute nutrient punch! It’s a great way to boost the nutrients of your meal. Here are just some suggestions:

  • Excellent in protein bars and bliss balls (see PB Lifestyles versions in the Snacks section).
  • Add to Bircher muesli (why not try PB Lifestyles Beetroot Bircher Muesli)
  • Add to smoothies, porridge, soups, dips, sauces, curries.
  • Add to pancake batter, breads, muffins, cookies and lots more!

Ingredients:

  • 125g Plain Pea Protein Isolate
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup flaxseed meal (linseed meal)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pepitas
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1tbsp Maca powder

For double recipe (may be just a bit harder to manage in the food processor):

  • 250g Plain Pea Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal (linseed meal)
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup pepitas
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maca Powder

Method:

  1. Process all the seeds in the food processor until they become a course meal.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until combined.
  3. Store in an air-tight container in the pantry.
