This decadent caramel recipe is divine and perfect for use in any recipe where you’d normally use caramel! It’s refined sugar free and dairy-free!

Makes about a cup of caramel
Time 5 min
Ingredients:
- 1 C dried dates, soaked in warm water for at least 15 mins
- 1/2 C coconut cream
- pinch sea salt
Method:
- Strain the dates then blend together with the coconut cream and salt in a blender, food processor or using a soup stick, until smooth.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to a month.
