I find so many people associate Chocolate with ‘naughty’ foods. But chocolate, specifically Cacao, is actually very good for you. The part that is not so great about store-bought chocolate is the amount of sugar and other additives you also find in it.
This is a great basic recipe for homemade chocolate that you can use anywhere you would have used store-bought chocolate. For example, it’s great as a treat by itself, or set it with some nuts and dried fruit, you could put your own twist on a rocky-road or even chop up and use as ‘choc-chips’ in cookies and cakes. The list goes on. It’s also Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Dairy-free and refined sugar-free!
