Another weekend, another cooking class with PB Lifestyles!
What fun we all had getting Vivacious with our Veggies at Sunday’s Cooking class, learning new ways to use veggies in the kitchen!
Sheila loved the “Cheesy” Veggie Bake, while Elizabeth couldn’t get enough of the Carrot-Cake Bircher Muesli, Janelle went straight home and made the sun-dried Tomato and Carrot fritters for dinner, Debbie loved the Pesto Zucchini Pasta, EVERYONE ate too many Red Velvet Bliss Balls but Angie and Joe just couldn’t decide on their favourites!

As well as main courses and side dishes, thus enjoyed a delicious lunch at the conclusion. Penny’s depth of knowledge enables recipes to be adapted to suit all diets, mainstream, paleo, gluten free, lactose intolerant, raw or combinations thereof. Thanks Penny for a fun and informative Sunday morning.” – Janelle
