As one of the Brisbane City Council’s Active & Healthy Program professionals, I’m teaming up with the BCC Active & Healthy team for this fun and educational session – A Healthy Christmas!
See how easy it can be to healthify your Christmas without taking away all the fun! Get hands on with nutritionist Penny Benjamin as she guides you, in small groups, to cook up a healthy Christmas storm. Learn simple tricks to make your appetisers, mains and desserts just that little bit healthier this festive season.
