As one of the Logan City Council’s Active and Healthy Program professionals, I’m teaming up with the Logan CC Active & Healthy team for this fun and educational session – Comfort Cooking made Healthy!
Winter may be over but not so much comfort food cooking. From hearty stews, curries, pizzas to casseroles and warm desserts – nutritionist Penny Benjamin will teach you key nutrition principles and simple swaps. Learn tips and trick about healthy cooking.
