As one of the Brisbane City Council’s Active & Healthy Program professionals, I’m teaming up with the BCC Active & Healthy team for this fun and educational session – Healthy Cooking on a Budget!
In this interactive workshop, nutritionist Penny Benjamin will show you how to nourish yourself and your family without straining your budget. We’ll explore a range of meals, from breakfasts and snacks to lunches and dinners, all focused on affordable, whole-food ingredients. Along with nutritional insights, Penny will share tips, tricks, and shortcuts to help stretch your meals even further.
