Who doesn’t love Pumpkin Pie? And the amazing delicious spices associated with it; cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice… sooo warming! Well now you can have pumpkin pie for breakfast in this pumpkin pie smoothie! And you don’t even have to feel guilty about it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C roasted then frozen pumpkin
  • 1/2 C steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 C coconut yoghurt
  • 5 walnut halves
  • 2 heaped T your favourite natural protein (I love hemp)
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t allspice
  • 1/4 t ground ginger
  • 1 t maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 t each mesquite and maca (optional)
  • water to combine to consistency you like

Method

  1. Blend, blend, blend!
  2. Serve in a bowl or glass!
